Refund policy

We want you to love your VOSO gear. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unwashed, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.

How to start a return

Message us on WhatsApp at +91 87540 03400 or email vososports@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for return. We will confirm eligibility and arrange a free pickup from your address.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are made via UPI or bank transfer — we will collect your details during the return process.

Exchanges

Need a different size or colour? Message us on WhatsApp or email us and we will help you exchange, subject to stock availability.

Non-returnable items

Items marked "Final Sale" at checkout cannot be returned or exchanged. Products returned without their original tags, or that show signs of wear or wash, will not be accepted.

Return shipping

Returns are free. We arrange the pickup at no cost to you — there is no return shipping charge.
